Bug: clicking on your option with Macbook Pro is sometimes impossible. Screen continues to zoom in and out while youre trying to place your section. Would give 4/5 if that were fixed. Fun to play with friends and girlfriend to see who can get better scores. And I would like an update for more famous monumounts.

I thought full scree was supposed to be the new feature….how come it doesnt work…

As I understand it, this is a port from an iPad game, and you can tell its been designed for touch gestures. In the game where you need to click on the map to locate world capitals, 1 click out of 2 doesnt work at all, some work with a delay, and very often the star that appears where we supposedly have clicked is really misplaced. Moreover, one area of the world is entirely unclickable (Cuba, Jamaica, etc.), making it impossible to get any points when cities located there come up. Could be fun, needs major bug fixing on the OSX port!

Needs more tests (Canadian provinces, all world countries, etc.) and full screen does not work on 10.8 as others have said.

First of all I would like to see full map of Europe. Sweden, Norway and Finland are cut off, and there is no Iceland. Second - there is a bug in selecting counties. I noticed it playing South America countries game. When I was asked for Belize and I choose Guatemala, and next asked for Guatemala - pointed it right - I got error. The same was with Dominican Republic and Haiti. It is really annoying. I would write it to you by email, but on your GeoMaster Plus support page there is no contact form/information.

Running latest mountain lion. Software starts up and works great, sometimes. Often though it asks a question and you click on the right thing and nothing happens. In cities it asked for Havana, I clicked on Cuba nothing. Clicked several times and eventually I got it wrong for not answering it. The last thing I want to do is frustrate my students.

Mouse clicks miss all the time, so you are sitting there clicking around with nothing happening. The United States game was completely broken in this way. Africa seemed to work OK, but really clunky. Clearly this port was not given love and attention. You can even see the words tap and ipad in the interface! They didnt even bother to update it. Poor craftsmenship.

Just purched for use with students and found that it freezes in Lion. Unable to use as it is. Wait till this is patched. Once it is working, would love to see the ability to narrow the focus on certain geopgraphical areas like southwest States, North America countries, etc.

On the welcome screen it even says "the brand new version of geomaster for iPad." Apple, how and why did this make the featured list for mac? Anyway, if this port is touched up a bit more, it could end up being amazing. The app works well, and I havent had any freeze ups like other reviews complained about. However, I did run into some trouble when selecting some of the smaller map items. There is a zoom to handle this, but with only a track pad at my disposal, its a rather slow process. Great design for iPad.

If you dont fix this immediately, I want my money back!

Been of fan of this app since the first one came out. I stuck with it this whole time, I love it! However, the mac version is far from being smooth and glitch free like the iphone and ipad version. This issue needs to be adressed. It runs a lot slower and constantly misreads the cities/countries its being clicked on. Once the app is patched up and on par with the iphone and ipad version--this app will be unmatched. Heres to it being fixed in advanced--but until then. I feel ripped off.

It is an ok app. I have problems with placing of the capitals and some countries dont recognize when you click them. It placed Copenhagen in southern Sweden! I havent even tried anything but it needs some serious fixes. If they fix tose thing, I think it could be an excallent app.

Ive enjoyed playing this game on and off for quite sometime now. But, one thing bothers me: the developers expect you to know the French name for cities instead of the English spelling. Since the game is being offered in the US app store Ive asked them via email to fix that. Ive gotten no respsone from them. Its true that the French names are similar; but, when I am playing it always throws me off when they want me to locate La Havana, Venise and Varsovie. I know that they mean Havana, Venice and Warsaw; but, I dont think that everyone knows.
